Theory Lessons

Gemma offers one on one lessons either in person or in an online format (Zoom, Google, Facetime). She can provide the necessary materials if needed and can give recommendations and resources. Each student is different resulting in tailored information and guidance for each individual.

She has taken many students through the AMEB Music Theory examination process and has done them herself. Gemma encourages all musicians of any instrument to learn music theory as it is highly beneficial for learning music and performing. Gemma is able to help you pass the necessary theory grade to receive your AMEB performance examination certificates. She currently teaches up to Grade 4.
